Searching for your next career move?  Need help navigating to your new career?

The PVAMU/TAMU ADVANCE-PAID Program recognizes the unique challenges of female faculty within the College or School of Engineering at Historically Black College or University (HBCU) which focuses on assisting you!

A new National Science Foundation (NSF) project, ADVANCE-PAID, is definitely a project worth your full participation.  The ADVANCE portion is focused on increasing the participation and advancement of women in Academic Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) careers.  The PAID portion will create partnerships for adaptation, implementation, and dissemination.
